My virtual clinic is for the fertility patient who wants to conceive naturally, or who wants one-on-one guidance and optimization before a cycle of IUI or IVF, but who lives too far to get to my office easily. I work primarily with patients from Wyoming, Nebraska, and rural Colorado, but can work with anyone from anywhere.

​A practicing acupuncturist and herbalist since 1998, I have specialized in fertility since 2002.  When a specialty board exam in infertility became available, I took it and became designated as a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental and Reproductive Medicine in 2009.  I have helped thousands of women regulate their cycles and become pregnant. This is truly my passion, and it is deeply rewarding to help women solve their issue and reach their goal of motherhood.

What does 90 days of Virtual Fertility Coaching look like?

Prior to the first video call, you send in preliminary paperwork and any lab work that you have.
Video Call #1:
30 minute fertility overview.  
  • Video conference where we meet and go over your initial paperwork.
  • I suggest additional lab work for your case, if needed.
  • We decide if working together feels like a good fit.
  • Then we wait 1-4 weeks, if we need more test results

​Video Call #2:
Evaluation and lab review (60 minute video conference call)
  • Thorough evaluation of your health history and more test results.
  • You learn your Chinese traditional medical diagnosis.
  • I recommend: supplements, Chinese herbs, dietary changes, lifestyle habit adjustments, exercise, and timing of intercourse, if needed.
  • I provide detailed advice as indicated for your case.
  • After this appointment I create your personalized fertility treatment plan, which I email to you.​

​Video Call #3: about 1-2 weeks later
Review of the treatment plan (30-45 minute video conference call)
  • We discuss your treatment plan, and I answer any and all questions that you have.
  • You implement the plan for approximately 6 weeks, and take note of any changes.

​Video Call #4: about 6 weeks later
1st follow up appointment (30-45 minute video conference call)
  • Fill out a form about your progress which we discuss together
  • Further refine your treatment.
  • I answer any and all questions you may have.

2nd follow up appointment (30 minute video ​conference call)
  • Fill out a form about your progress which we discuss
  • Further refine your treatment.
